As for Real Self, I have moved this request into our Listings and Reviews category so that it can be properly weighed against our other requests we have received for new sources.
We are currently working with Google to gain access to the Questions and Answer section via the Google My Business API to offer both monitoring and the ability to respond right within the platform. Once this becomes available we will look to have this included within both of these products.
We will definitely be looking at providing alerts on questions left on Google My Business once Google has released an API for us to utilize. We hope it's sooner than later, but we currently do not know when Google plans on opening this up.
In the event you haven’t seen the Product Insider over the last few weeks, we have been working on a Media Library for businesses, and will be rolling out the syncing of the logo and primary photo through our Listing Sync service tomorrow followed by Listing Distribution shortly after.
We are actually doing the conversions ourselves in terms of scaling, but what would work best for both of these are in a 1:1 format, no larger than 5mb. The best recommended dimensions are 720x720 at this time. We will be looking at expanding this functionality to offer more control over cropping and ratios in the future as we work with different providers in terms of how we deliver photos to them, as well as usage within our entire platform.
