Would be nice to have sms notifications from chat bot communication with new clients

Based on the topic, when we run a campaign for our client, we bring traffic to the website and encourage visitors to fill up the form to leverage the offer. And my request is to have a functional form system, which is a KEY ELEMENT for our clients. Especially when it is for a B2B business. Every business has its own way of serving its customers. Is this something that is even on the radar. exp: Google calendar. Same for Partner Center

Any user can delete contacts. This could be done by mistake or even intentionally . A normal user should only be able to 'Archive Contacts and Companies" and not Delete in Bulk (this can not be undone) Archived Contacts would be able to be Un-Archived. Or at least remain in an Archived state for 90 days before being deleted. More admin functions on Company / Contact access would be great as well. I think this is available in Partner Center now. Is this coming to Business App?

Mini chat spot with inbox when in profile so when entering in info you can do so at the same time as talking to the lead on business app side or make it work like it does on the white label side

When in inbox can contacts name be linked to profile or a easier button that says open profile,

better matching when client info matches, right now someone can come in from fb tell their number or email and when someone is added or call, a person can have the same number or email and it doesn't match them or merger or warn a possible customer exist when manually making them in business app

I am an Apple user and was disappointed to not have the iCal/iCloud calendar connection option in My Meetings. I would delighted to see this option become available in My Meetings.

Need added ability to only show Contacts/Companies to client users they are assigned to by client system admins or that were added by themselves.
