Add Date and Time of Campaign Start in each eMail card

Currently one can not identify when a campaign eMail was started/send. Nobody knows on what day and what time this campaign was run. However, this is an important detail for every customer. Please add this.

I've got clients who would like this as well. Without being able to see when campaign emails are sent out they can't confidently setup a secondary campaign or send out a special notification without being worried they are going to annoy their contact list. Something as simple as noting when the first email was sent and then calculating the dates for the remaining emails (e.g. email 1 sent on march tenth, email 2 is set for 7 days after so march 17, email e the 24th, etc.) would be very nice.
