I’d like to request the ability for salespeople (CRM users) to remove individual customers from marketing campaigns or to pause/stop campaigns for customers without needing administrator privileges. This would streamline campaign management, improve our customer experience, and reduce admin bottlenecks. It would be helpful if authorized sales staff could perform these actions directly from the CRM or customer record view.
