We'd love the capability to incorporate custom fields beyond just [First Name] and [Last Name] into email campaigns. We are especially interested in using this data at the user level, for instance, to dynamically set the sender in the 'From' line—like 'From the desk of [Specific Doctor/Occupation person and title]'—based on the user associated with the campaign.

Hey Matt Dakin Howell Studios, thanks for the feedback! Right now, we support all contact and company custom fields to be dynamically added to emails. But I understand you’d also like to include User details in your email campaigns.
However, in the automation cases, we might not have a "User" to actually send the automation. To have this work in marketing automation, we might need to add the service provider’s name as a contact custom field so it can be included in the campaign.
Just to confirm - when you say “User,” do you mean the person who is sending the campaign?

Reputation Management specifically! Would be great to have a more personalized option for a healthcare practice with 10+ providers. Same campaign goes out, but says we hope you had a great office visit with ((provider1)),etc.
Another use case would be salons or nail techs, etc!
