Business App
- [Business App: APIs & Integrations] Find available third party app integrations quickly with the search bar at the top of Business App > Administration > Connections > Integrations > Browse.
- [Business App: APIs & Integrations] Ensure data consistency between Business App and QuickBooks Online with two-way syncing of addresses. Changes made to a contact's address in one platform will now automatically update the other.
- [Business App: Automations] Personalize marketing based on customer behavior by triggering automation steps when a Form is submitted. Available triggers include "A form is submitted for a company" and "A form is submitted for a contact."
- [Business App: CRM] Ensure CRM data accuracy by setting specific options for any text-based (string) fields. For example, if you have an "industry" field to identify each SMB account in your CRM by industry, you can pre-set options to ensure all contacts interested in a particular service are categorized consistently, ie. for an automotive dealership you might set options such as lease, buy, sell, trade in, rather than leaving it to customers to describe in their own words, making it easy to filter them for targeted sales or marketing efforts. Add or update field validation parameters in Business App > Administration > App Settings > CRM Objects > Edit Field > Field Options.
- [Business App: CRM] Review and manage customer interactions more easily with updates to the Activity Feed. View more details at a glance with the new activity card format that is consistent across all activity types, and create custom views to easily return to a previously filtered look.
- [Business App: CRM] Add custom fields for Opportunities to capture and track the specific deal information that matters to each SMB's unique business and sales process. Create custom fields for Opportunities in Business App > Administration > App Settings > CRM Objects > Opportunities > Create field.
- [Business App: CRM] Select the reason an opportunity has been lost when moving it the Closed-Lost column of the Opportunities board view via drag and drop. Closed-lost reasons can be customized in Business App > Administration > App Settings > CRM Objects > Opportunities > Closed lost reason > Field options.
- [Business App: CRM] Track every update to an opportunity with every change logged to the Opportunity record, with closed won and lost events highlighted in green and red text, respectively, for ease of visibility.
- [Business App: Executive Report] Add Bing Places to Executive Reports of both single and multi-location businesses to evaluate and demonstrate listing performance.
