Ability to manually add Google Business Profile address into a company's profile.
Sometimes Vendasta does not find a company's GBP, yet it is vital that Vendasta's evaluations access the right profile. We need a way to manually enter it if Vendasta misses it.

Include service area businesses in the Find Leads tool.
A majority of the businesses I work with are service area businesses, but they don't show up in the Find Leads tool, making it close to unusable for me.

Crawl More Pages option
We're losing out on deals because Inbox Pro can only crawl so many pages. We've had two where there's an issue with Inbox not being able to crawl their 5000+ pages of products. If this costs additional, it would be a nice add-on for customers who sell many products on their website.

Additional Account Category for Former Customers
Accounts in Partner Center can be categorized as Prospects, Leads, or Customers. Can we add a category for Former Customer? We need to be able to differentiate between potential revenue, current revenue, and potential recovery revenue.

I have noticed that there are less options for the email black that we can choose. It would be nice for a social media block as well.

It would be really nice to get email alerts of tasks when they are due.

AI can respond on more channels via Inbox, like SMS, Email & Facebook
What would be a awesome feature is to have the Inbox AI respond back over the Facebook channels just like it does in the web chat, so if the company doesn't respond in time the chat can still answer based on its knowledge to google chat users, fb users. User can make it a choice where the company wants the AI to be able to auto respond.
