When we get spam messages in our inbox. Can we have in the dropdown shown a note that this is spam and that will also remove the contact from our CRM or block them? Some clients get a lot of spam messages from social media.

I am using the Home page in Partner Center (or Business App) as a public-facing page for my agency/clients. Currently, there are Vendasta-branded banners or links visible on the Home page that I cannot remove or customize. It would be suuuper nice if when we invoice cients we had a way that would requre them to sign an agreement prior to proceding to payment. And even an agreement creation tool would be amazing! That way I wouldn't need to use two different tools to do it.

A business already has a landline number, and wants to use that for SMS messaging in Inbox – let them connect Inbox Pro to their existing number, to send and receive messages from the same number.

In an Inbox message, you can @-mention another user and they get a notification of being mentioned, and can easily pop into the conversation from that notification.

Ability to add a custom menu link in the CRM interface or the Business App interface. This custom menu link needs only the ability to open an embedded web page without leaving the system. It would be a big asset for our workflows and allow us to transition clients to Vendasta from another CRM platform.
