It would be wonderful to have a PDF automatically attach to the automated electronic invoice process. In some cases, a client cannot open the link because of their organization's security measures. I believe this will improve the customer experience and strengthen the customer relationship by providing clarity and transparency.

Need to be able to filter SM messages from Voice/texts. Also wish that it showed an icon for which SM platform it came from and a phone icon for voice/text messages.

Anytime I want to open multiple tabs to read about the products, i have to open a new window, go to Marketplace all over again and click on the product. Right Click option to open a new tab should be available. Its more convenient.

The UI for task manager feels old and clunky, like something from the 2000s, the task manager app needs to be reimagined with a new, sleek and modern UI and UX like click up or asana or Monday.com so it adds even more value to the vendasta’s product suite

A way to create contracts and have clients sign them through the Business App portal. I envision having it available in Partner Center where you can create contract templates and then customize them within a client's Account Overview section within Prner Center. Then sending it to users assigned to that account would email it to them with a button that brings them to their Business App. Probably a new section called Agreements or something. And they can sign it digitally. And no one can tamper with the "document" after that. This could potentially be associated with invoices and/or subscriptions. It would circumvent the need for 3rd party apps like DocuSign, etc. and add to the whole business solution ecosystem.

When attempting to add templated projects to a clients projects, it will not add no matter how many times refreshed

I would love to see a more user and client-friendly set of features and UI/UX for tasks/projects. Something more along the line of Notion or other apps. Onboarding clients and managing projects like designing a website (often the first experience with a client) requires working in another system and then trying to onboard them to Business App after the fact. Getting clients into Business App to manage their onboarding and initial enagements with a modern project project management system would help improve ongoing adoption of Business App and potentially accelerate upselling.

Recently I've had to push a few clients over to Jotform and Formaloo because they have excellent tools for long forms that are not only responsive, but have functionality like Save & Continue, conditional fields, etc. Mind you, these are lead forms, but unfortunately Vendasta doesn't have all those bells & whistles quite built in yet so I cannot recommend it. To be able to embed a Vendasta form that's both responsive and has all of the possible functions you would find in bigger companies would immediately have me recommending your form builder. To date, I can't justify it for most use cases. My recommendation would be to REALLY take a look at functionality married with lead generation. Your platform is SO good for sales, but for inbound leads (other than the AI bot) I feel that the native form really needs some beefing up and would be an incredible selling point for agencies like us. NOT as a paid solution, but just beefing up your existing form.

Currently you can assign 1 rep to the account. It would be helpful if we had the option to add custom account assignees such as Social Media Specialist, Digital Specialist, Graphic Designer, Secondary Project Manager, etc. This feature would: Streamline assigning tasks to team members. The assignee field in tasks could populate the custom assignee fields as an option. Visibility into which team members across the org are assigned to accounts. This would help with capacity planning. Ensuring all accounts are properly transitioned when a team members leaves the team.
