We're using embedded forms from Vendasta in our customer's websites. When a form is submitted, email notifications are sent. This is working well. I have customers asking if an SMS message can also be sent as they sometimes don't get the email right away and by the time they get back to the lead it is too late. It would also be nice to embed this functionality directly into inbox pro. I.e. when a new contact/conversation is initiated, send an SMS message notifying the customer that a conversation is taking place, along with a link to join the conversation.
