Description: We would like to request a feature enhancement that allows us to fully waive a setup fee on a sales order while still having the line item visibly reflected in the order summary. Current Behavior: Currently, when a setup fee is discounted down to $0.01, the line item remains visible and shows the discount. However, if the setup fee is discounted to $0.00, the line item disappears from the order entirely. This results in the waived setup fee not being clearly documented or acknowledged on the order. Why This Is Important: We want to accurately show the original value of the setup fee even when it’s fully waived, to reflect the value provided to the customer. Adding it as a manual note is not ideal and lacks visibility. Discounting it to $0.01 appears unprofessional and can be perceived as "cheap." As a workaround, we currently have to create a custom "discount" product in Vendor Center, which adds unnecessary complexity. Requested Enhancement: Enable a way to apply a 100% discount to a setup fee while still displaying it clearly as a waived line item on the sales order. Ideally, the original price and a $0.00 discounted amount should be shown to maintain transparency and professionalism. Thank you for considering this enhancement. It would greatly improve usability and customer communication within the sales order process.

I would like to be able to send a contract through the platform to keep streamline the closing process.

There should be a way to edit order details instead of cancelling and recreating from scratch.

It is confusing to my reps when they don't see the totals for their orders on the right add up in accordance with what the client actually ordered.

At this point, each order only has one timeframe which then applies to all the products. If a client orders two products each wtih a different timeframe, our people currently have to submit two orders in Vendasta. It would be good to be able to enter different lengths of time for each product and have the totals calculate correctly.

We would like the ability to add our own custom forms in the Onboarding workflow. Especially for websites as we do our own fulfillment.

Requesting to have changes made to the order for customer approval... I, members of my team and customers have expressed concerns with the styling of the order forms and the customer approval form. The accordions aren't easy to spot and get lost among each other and the background. Can we request some styling changes to make these pop? Even just black background behind the caret and make the caret icon white? Also, there should be an option/setting (maybe there is) to automatically expand/show the recurring charges. Thanks!

As a reseller/salesperson, I would like the ability to retry failed orders to avoid having reenter the information I already entered in any order forms.

As a partner, I would like to set a customer's products to cancel when an order expires. This allows me to use orders to manage both product activation and cancellation.
