Modern Project Dashboard Features, UI/UX
I would love to see a more user and client-friendly set of features and UI/UX for tasks/projects. Something more along the line of Notion or other apps. Onboarding clients and managing projects like designing a website (often the first experience with a client) requires working in another system and then trying to onboard them to Business App after the fact. Getting clients into Business App to manage their onboarding and initial enagements with a modern project project management system would help improve ongoing adoption of Business App and potentially accelerate upselling.

Easily manage tasks and projects from mobile phone. Currently Task Manage is unmanageable when accessed from a phone.

Add Fulfillment Forms to Task Manager
Currently fulfillment forms can be accessed via the "Orders" tab in Business App. It also requires a fair bit of hunting for the right order form to find the appropriate services if a client has multiple orders because the orders are listed by their unique order number. It would be more convenient for the Digital Agents in task manager to be able to view and access the fulfillment forms inside Account records section of Task Manager. Similar to how the Order forms are accessible there. In fact it would be very convenient if the Fulfillment forms were listed directly under the Order forms inside of the Account records section of each account in Task Manager. The Fulfillment forms very often contain important information required to fulfill services on the account so making it accessible to digital agents within Task Manager will allow quicker access to key details.

Ability to create your own Task Type
Ability to create your own custom Task Type instead of having only certain options: To-Do, Email, Call, Message, Meeting, LinkedIn. For example, we could create Task types such as: In Progress, Completed, Picked-Up

Ability to track time spent on tasks and projects, then view this in intelligent reporting both in Task Manager and Partner Center.

Recurring Projects - Not On Templates
Why can't you set new projects as recurring? Why is the only option to create one from template? It wouldn't be so bad if the same template can be edited and reused without affecting current projects that were generated using the template. In my case, we have the need for a lot of recurring projects with different and unique schedules. I feel like it defeats the purpose of templates if you can't reuse. But it's our only way of creating recurring tasks. I'm requesting that recurring task be independent of template. I should be able to still choose a project template - THEN - apply recurring schedule to it if needed. Setting up templates can be complicated and include many tasks. It can be very time consuming to setup new templates but it's super quick to apply recurring schedule to them. Thanks!

Ability to whitelabel task manager so it shows as tasks.mydomain.com , so that employees / other fulfillment partners don’t know that we’re using vendasta.

Ticket Management - Add On or Integration
A very needed option is the ability to allow clients to submit a ticket. The best use case would be to have any customer ticket create a new project/task in task manager for that account. Assign it to a "Support Person" and notify via inbox. The best option certainly would be to have this be a piece of the platform but, at the very least allow integration with tools like Zendesk (which Vendasta support already uses) Freshdesk or Zoho, etc..

Ability to export a report of incomplete listing tasks by source type
A partner wants to be able to generate a report that will show the number of incomplete listing tasks by source type in a way that they could pull this report themselves in Task Manager.
