The only way we know how to message our client through business App is to message their Account through partner center - that way we pop up as "Your Expert" for them, and they pop up as "Account" for us. Furthermore, if someone on our team messages a user within that account (thinking.. @JohnSmith, @SallySmith, etc) only they would be notified, rather than the 20+ users that are on their account that they don't need to be privvy/alerted every time a message is sent in.

The only way to message with our team via Partner Center is to message our company that is an account. This is rough because we are getting double notified as a chat in partner center and at an account level. There's got to be a better way

Inbox in partner center does not really do much. Actions can not be taken like they can in Business App. This needs to be as robust for partners. Email, Texting, Social We need Reputation Management in Partner Center. Now that we have a Much Improved CRM system we need the features that we have in Business App that will allow us to leverage a single database. This just makes sense and given CRM Integration already exist in Business App.

I would love to see a way to organize the inbox better for when I am messaging multiple users within the same account. When I message my client via the inbox, and my client has up to four users. I want to get a response from user #1 but in the meantime I am also sending messages via the inbox that I need a response from user #2. User #2 and I message back and forth multiple times and the message I sent to user #1 is now lost or mixed in with a bunch of other messages and user #1 forgets or never really sees the message that I sent to him. How do we keep this from happening? The inbox just becomes a clutter for that client because there are multiple users exchanging messages.

Make it easy for all parties to communicate about an order or a project, anywhere in the platform. Both internally, and with outsiders.

Just like a small business can get a local texting number in Business App, let partners get a local texting number to communicate with customers via SMS in the platform.

I want the chatbot to be able to communicate via Inbox Pro, and do cross platform unified conversations. For example, user chats on FB Messenger and instead of just putting the contact in Inbox Pro, I would like the chatbot to interact instantly. Ideally, this should be customizable for each platform as well. Hope that makes sense.

Please provide the Inbox/Inbox Pro as a PWA standalone app mainly for the use of smartphones. With the addition of Google Q&A, Live Chat, SMS and others, this unified inbox will need to be monitored at all times. However, customers are not always in the business app on a computer. The current business app is not at all mobile ready and therefor unhandy. In order to drive user acceptance and adoption a standalone PWA inbox would be very beneficial.

As vendasta partners using the partner center, we get to use the AI web chat to collect leads from our website on the partner cetner. However all other communication and leads happening from within our business app. It would be great if we can centralize our customer communication and leads in one place.
