I would love to see a way to organize the inbox better for when I am messaging multiple users within the same account. When I message my client via the inbox, and my client has up to four users. I want to get a response from user #1 but in the meantime I am also sending messages via the inbox that I need a response from user #2. User #2 and I message back and forth multiple times and the message I sent to user #1 is now lost or mixed in with a bunch of other messages and user #1 forgets or never really sees the message that I sent to him.

How do we keep this from happening? The inbox just becomes a clutter for that client because there are multiple users exchanging messages.
