Ability to tag a user from partner center while using chat with clients in Business App.

The only way we know how to message our client through business App is to message their Account through partner center - that way we pop up as "Your Expert" for them, and they pop up as "Account" for us. Furthermore, if someone on our team messages a user within that account (thinking.. @JohnSmith, @SallySmith, etc) only they would be notified, rather than the 20+ users that are on their account that they don't need to be privvy/alerted every time a message is sent in.

I'm going to add to this, since it's a similar feature. I have several clients asking if they can tag specific chats to specific team members on their staff much like we'd be able to do the same in Partner Center.

John Paquette YES! Almost like 'assign' this chat to this salesperson or team within your organization, and then tasks, projects, opportunities, etc are flowing with that assignee attached to it the whole way through.. correct?
