Partner Center: NEEDS Inbox Pro and Reputation Mgmt
Inbox in partner center does not really do much. Actions can not be taken like they can in Business App. This needs to be as robust for partners. Email, Texting, Social We need Reputation Management in Partner Center. Now that we have a Much Improved CRM system we need the features that we have in Business App that will allow us to leverage a single database. This just makes sense and given CRM Integration already exist in Business App.

Automation Step: Adding Tag (s) Deletes all of the existing tags
When using Automation's to add a tag to a contact it does not simply add a tag. It first deletes all of the tags and then adds the one from the automation Step. Could this be changed to just add the tag to the existing ones. I know that we can use custom fields to filter data in place of using tags but it would be really nice on a contact to also see all of the tags that we want them have AND be able to use automatons to do this. The automation would be to append the tags and not replace them.

Modern Project Dashboard Features, UI/UX
I would love to see a more user and client-friendly set of features and UI/UX for tasks/projects. Something more along the line of Notion or other apps. Onboarding clients and managing projects like designing a website (often the first experience with a client) requires working in another system and then trying to onboard them to Business App after the fact. Getting clients into Business App to manage their onboarding and initial enagements with a modern project project management system would help improve ongoing adoption of Business App and potentially accelerate upselling.

CRM Forms Need Improvements
Embedding CRM forms is a nice feature, but it seems less than ready for prime time. Couple of features that really should be available out of the gate. Placeholder text fields for all fields. They are completely missing on the Email and Phone Number fields. Arguably, the most important fields. Multi-column and inline options. Padding options for fields and container. Ability to hide labels and use placeholder text for condensed forms. Ability to select fonts or add your own custom font-family name so the font with match the website the form is on. Custom CSS section for advanced designers. At the moment, the CRM forms are just not usable in a professional setting. Clients want their forms to match the design they paid for. I do hope this is something that doesn't take long to consider an implement, getting clients to use the Business App on a regular basis is a challenge, the CRM is great way to keep them engaged and logging in, which in-turn helps you retain those clients. Please do this soon!

QR Codes
Create a way to use the snapshots with QR codes. Potential clients can easily scan the QR code to get their business snapshot.

Ability to create your own Task Type
Ability to create your own custom Task Type instead of having only certain options: To-Do, Email, Call, Message, Meeting, LinkedIn. For example, we could create Task types such as: In Progress, Completed, Picked-Up

Request to Add Ai Chatbox for Inbox Pro
I want the chatbot to be able to communicate via Inbox Pro, and do cross platform unified conversations. For example, user chats on FB Messenger and instead of just putting the contact in Inbox Pro, I would like the chatbot to interact instantly. Ideally, this should be customizable for each platform as well. Hope that makes sense.

Make invoicing more intuitive and easier
When creating a new invoice it would be great to simply have a button that indicates the charge is a one-time charge or the charge is monthly instead of having to go to the SUBSCRIPTION screen and set-up monthly billing for some of the items in the invoice. Seems like an extra and unnecessary step.

Automated SMS response to calls
Can we send an automated text message when someone calls the business phone number? Here is the ads I was watching yesterday. It's already there. Can we make this happen for our clients?
