We frequently have contacts with multiple email addresses and it results in us having duplicate contact entries for those individuals. For example, firstnamelastname@pmc.com and firstnamelastname@pmc.net. Allowing us to merge the contacts as duplicates and have the contact card show both email addresses would be the preferred route.
