NBLY corporate users tried importing a list with an 'unsubscribe' column, but it lead to several duplicates being created, because we didn't already have email addresses on file for some contacts. Ideally, there would be an action built into the CRM (when clicking the lightning bolt button) to mark several contacts as 'unsubscribed' at once.
