It would be really great to be able to customize the fields included in a contact profile so that it's limited only to the fields that are relevant to a particular SMB. I have a client asking if I can hide the fields that aren't relevant to their home services business (linkedin URL, birthday, interests, etc.). With CRM customization being such a strong selling point (in terms of automated workflows), this functionality would only strengthen the case for the Vendasta CRM vs. other alternatives.

Thanks for the feedback! Vertical customization is where we’re focused on delivering value. We’re introducing custom objects soon, which will let you tailor the CRM to the unique needs of each vertical. After that, we’ll begin to look into making more field-level customizations.
