You are the only CRM on the planet not offering direct sync of email to the activity feed in the CRM for contacts and companies. I am not sure why, but this is critical for almost ANY agency to keep up. Without it your CRM is a glorified address book.

Hey Ned Fasullo, we are working on a native gmail/ outlook integration at the moment!
