Partner Center and Customer CRM Feature Call Outcome Customization

When we a prospect, the CRM doesn't automatically log the call even though we were able to get the CRM to dial out from a Calling App we use. Can this feature please be added. Also, when you make a call, sometimes they are cold leads for which you are trying to track the result of the call. The call status addresses many of the issues, but when you click on 'Call Outcome' there isn't an ability to select an option like 'Not applicable' or create a customized option. It would be great if we can have the ability to add a custom option. When we add tags, we are able to customize our own tags so a similar ability with the drop down menu would be great.
