As a partner, when I talk to my customers about Customer Voicet, the edition name of “Express” doesn’t accurately reflect the full value of the product. A lot of the core functionality of Customer Voice Express, such as requesting reviews via email, is already there.

I suggest we rename “Express” to “Standard” to better reflect the value of the edition.
