Feature Request: Enable Vendasta AI Assistant to Reference Partner-Specific Knowledge From the AI Knowledge Base Description: Currently, the Vendasta AI Assistant does not retain or reference any partner-specific information when assisting partners and users. This limits its ability to provide tailored responses or act with awareness of the unique context, policies, and business details of the partner organization it is supporting. My suggestion is to allow the AI Assistant to reference content from the AI Knowledge Base, with an option for partners or admins to select which specific business information, FAQs, and policies can be accessed by the Assistant. This will ensure it can deliver more personalized, relevant support and guidance. Benefit: By enabling the AI Assistant to draw on partner-specific knowledge from the AI Knowledge Base, it will: - Provide more accurate and contextual answers - Reduce manual effort for partners - Improve user satisfaction with self-serve support - Help with onboarding, training, and day-to-day client management Thanks in advance.
