Available in the Business App - with no indication of functionality - there is a sales blurb that promises everything - but we need functional information. The best Support could offer was this! Vendasta does not currently offer a dedicated, standalone HubSpot integration guide PDF or in-depth landing page for the Business App or Partner Center—most references to HubSpot are found within broader integration and automation documentation sections. This would be immensely helpful for us so we can have all support flow through our existing support portal and the user experience consistent with what they are used to outside of Vendasta. This would also mean we get all insights on conversations they ask to the AI bot, could add our own checklists, product tours, tooltips, do announcements all from within the Vendasta business app.

As far as I am aware starter does not get quickbooks integration. It is such a crutial integration, I am hoping for us marketing agencies just starting that you consider including that in starter as well. or offer that for a price but not the premium package. 399 a month is a big jump for one piece of the pie at the moment.

With pabbly having a way more cost effective plan than zapier, it would be nice to have both platforms to use. any chance to add pabbly integrations

A big sell on review response is being able to respond to reviews in the business app, only to have just google and facebook. At the very least we need to work on getting the 3rd highest review platform in there for integrated responses......Yelp.

Google Voice allows for call forwarding, but requests the recipient of the call forwarding number to press one to receive the call: '...You are not a voicemail system, so you need to press one to take this call." Is there a way to configure the AI Receptionist to reply back with the one tone to take the call? This would be a good feature to have the ability to handle forwarded calls. I'd like to be able to start an automation (trigger) when an email is received to a unique automation email address. The contents of the email would be passed into the automation to be used in later steps. Example use case – Leads from more 3rd-party sources be automatically added to Business App, for the AI or the business’s team to respond in their centralized Inbox? e.g. Tools like Angies List can send emails with new lead info to a business. The emails come from the same address, but the body of the email contains new lead contact info.
