Requesting the ability to create recurring projects based on a combination of: • Week of the month (1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th) • Day of the week (Monday–Sunday) Example Use Case: Blog Posting scheduled for the 2nd Wednesday of each month This functionality would greatly improve scheduling accuracy, streamline recurring workflows, and reduce the need for manual adjustments.

I think all partners should have a demo account that is fully loaded and has a bunch of dummy data so that they can use that to show clients the full potential of the Vendasta Platform. The clients will also be able to imagine their business with all the services and make a better decision based on seeing the full suite of services.

First, customers are getting confused where to find listing details. you would thinking all citations and listings would be in Local SEO. currently they have to go into reputation managment. Second, in the business app everything is dashboards and you need to "launch" the product to view all the details. Is there plans to incorporate all of this together in one app without having to launch other apps? I tend to get those questions with every customer and I need to reguide them on how to find stuff.

At this time, support tells me that I cannot hide or disable the Administration Tab from my clients Business App. That tab gives the user the ability to reconfigure the email settings which should not be an option for the basic user. I believe that you need to give the Agency the option to remove or disable that from the user.

Sometimes we would like to integrate certain pages of business app modules such as reputation, review responses into other applications or websites. Currently we can only link to the business app. But than we have the full clutter of the left hand menu and other etc, which in this case we do not want. It would be beneficial to be able to just embed the actual feature page.

Currently you can't set up repeating tasks for a service. It would be great to have tasks that you can repeatedly when they are monthly tasks.

Similar to how Wordpress allows you to set a Page order to control what pages you see top to bottom, would be nice to be able to do that with my packaged apps as well so that they show up in a set order in the sidebar of Business App. (E.g. - I want to make sure Customer Voice & Reputation Management are right next to each other)

We badly need a team calendar built into Task Manager that allows admins to easily see what dates/times are available when scheduling & assigning project & task due dates in Task Manager.

We currently have the ability to white label certain products in the business app. However, expanding this capability to include customizing labels in the app's main navigation would be beneficial. For instance, renaming the 'Executive Report' to 'Insights' could be an option. Additionally, being able to arrange the menu order would greatly enhance user experience. This added flexibility would greatly help partners make business app their own.
