I would like to customize my message to new customers...seems like ano brainer to me.

At this time, support tells me that I cannot hide or disable the Administration Tab from my clients Business App. That tab gives the user the ability to reconfigure the email settings which should not be an option for the basic user. I believe that you need to give the Agency the option to remove or disable that from the user.

The ability for Business App admins to add, remove, and edit user permissions of their team members. With the current workflow, if a client wants to make any change or even view who has access, they have to message their agency. At scale, this could lead to operational bottlenecks

We need a full task manager feature set in a modern app. Here's a current list of feature requests: Customizable Kanban style card views Client Facing Ticketing system - ideally integrated with Ai and automation rules that can auto add & assign tasks based on user input Time/Project Tracking for team members Time/project Reports - a report showing the tracked time and projects completed by a specific user in a given date range - exportable in CSV or PDF Task Weighting for standard and high priority tickets Task Manager Permissions controls - users only have access to the tasks or boards they're assigned to. Better task assignment planning - currently there's no simple way to visualize work loads and assign tasks accordingly. Kanban will help with this, however we also need the ability to show calendar views per user, and move tasks around as needed to manage individual schedules Ability to sync Contact details from CRM to the Business Account in Task Manager without typing everything in manually. Ability to update Market the business app is assigned to from Task Manager Ability for team members to access Business App acc directly as an admin without being added as a Partner Center CRM user. Current configuration allows task manager users to open Business App ONLY by clicking the account's link directly in Task Manager - no direct access. Update would allow team members to access Business App directly, and have access to the all the accounts assigned to them without needing to go back to Task Manager each time. UI/UX: Update the entire layout and design to modern standards.

Enable clients to invite and manage their team members within the Business App. Certain admin roles could be assigned to existing users, enabling them to view all users assigned to the account(s) and controlling specific features and products to which they have access.

In order to truly use this as a replacement for project management, like Trello, Basecamp, or Teamwork, we need clients to be able to add tasks they need done.

The UI for task manager feels old and clunky, like something from the 2000s, the task manager app needs to be reimagined with a new, sleek and modern UI and UX like click up or asana or Monday.com so it adds even more value to the vendasta’s product suite

We would love if there was a customizable dashboard that users landed on when they log in. If there were widgets we could add from other parts of the platform "high level reporting", a spot that we could post "blasts" to our clients as well as individual messaging banners that could display messages we send to our clients from the partner center, Video widgets, an onboarding area where we could load onboarding tasks for our clients and most importantly the ability for us to embed anything we want to present to our clients. Would also love the ability to have fully customizable popups. How much easier would it be to promote new services and offerings via a little popup in the platform over the current options - E.G email campaign, on client success calls, and hoping they find their way to the in platform store...

Please add the ability to connect Yelp and NextDoor ads to the Advertising Intelligence tool so people can track and compare those to others

When speaking with the AI assistant I often end up at the familiar screen to submit a feedback ticket. This requires me to come here and type out feedback (just like this feedback.) However the whole conversation is already beautifully captured in the chat I just had with the AI Assistant-- if only there was a way to have the AI take action on that conversation.
