Whenever a customer is in a marketplace, they will select a tab for the category of products/services. Then, they may click on a package to see the details. When they go BACK, they have to click on STORE, or they can use the back button on their browser. Either way, this takes them back to the HOME screen. It would be a much better customer experience if it took them back to the category they were just in so they can see other options. It’s an extra step (and annoying) to have to click on the category AGAIN to see other options. Thanks. (I entered this into the wrong Board, so entering it here.)

When a customer places an order, we do not get notifications of the entire order via email. We get a notification that there was an order, but we have to go into the system to see all of the items on it. It would be great if we can be BCC'd on the order confirmation that the client gets so that we have visibility into what our customers are ordering.

I have tried multiple times within Stripe and within partner center to enable a notification when a customer initiates a payment. Be it by card or ACH any other payment processor or bank application in the world sends you a notification that the payment has been initiated. Not sure why this simple feature is not enables, allowed, configured or built as it is not helpful to only get a notification 5 days later after the payment has posted in Stripe.

This idea came from another billing platform. They offer the ability to pass along the credit card fee to the customer instead of the partner having to absorb the cost. It would also incentivize the customer to use the new ACH payment option as that is charged at a lower rate.

It would be fantastic to have a fully functional proposal builder similar to PandaDoc, allowing for a seamless client experience. Ideally, it should include: The ability to share proposals as a link with clients (rather than relying on clunky PDF downloads that are difficult to use). Built-in fields for contract signing to streamline approvals. Interactive client actions, such as buttons to easily “Accept” or “Decline” proposals. This would greatly improve efficiency and user experience for both our team and our clients.

Several clients pay our agency via cheque issued from quickbooks and cannot issue a cheque until they can import an invoice. It would be great if they could download the invoice ahead of payment but currently the only workaround is if we mark the invoice as paid before it’s actually paid.

There used to be a way to create an invoice from an approved order and have it all populate. There is no option to create invoice from order. Where did that go and how do we do this? I am being told "The option to generate an invoice directly from an approved order is no longer available. This change is due to updates in the workflow, and invoices now need to be created manually by referencing the order details." Making more steps and room for errors is not more efficient or helpful. We just built things and now they are not working as they were before. We need to know when these changes happen before we are impacted.

The setup and management for starter agencies was so bad I had to completely abandon Vendasta billing and so on and move over to quickbooks. without quickbooks integration i could not reconcile any of the charges from vendasta or the payouts. My books had no idea where to apply any of the transactions as it was all bulked under vendasta. I think at very minimum vendasta should allow agencies to create Master services agreements, Clean estimates, clean billing, and reports that show profit/loss per account per item. its all very broken up and hard to navigate.

When emailing an invoice to a client for payment, clients are currently not able to download a PDF version of the invoice. Clients are requesting this feature so that the can provide the PDF invoice to their accounting departments for payment processing. I understand that we may 'manually' download a PDF invoice, but this process lacks efficiency at scale. Lastly, the PDF download is available from the payment confimation email, so hopefully we can make it available for download prior to payment. Thank you.

Add the ability for partners to issue discount codes. Discount codes should vary in their application such as offering a flat dollar amount, a percentage discount, or to waive set up fees for any product or package.
