Need to add YouTube to the "Short video" function in Social AI. The ability to post YouTube Shorts from Social AI is essential.

Problem / Current Gap The AI Blogger and AI Social Media Manager operate in silos. Once an article is published, users must manually copy-paste text, re-upload images, and create individual social posts, or pay for third-party middleware (like Zapier). This creates workflow friction and misses an opportunity to package an end-to-end "content engine" as an exclusive premium offering. Proposed Solution Build a native, automated bridge connecting both agents for Premium subscribers. When the AI Blogger publishes an article, the AI Social Media Manager automatically detects it, extracts key insights, generates channel-optimized social posts, and attaches the blog link and featured image before scheduling.

Summary / Problem Statement: Currently, the AI Social Media Manager Agent (in Social AI Premium) is strictly restricted to single-location Business App accounts. In the parent Multi-Location Business App, the highest effective tier is Social AI Pro, which requires manual prompting, composition, and scheduling from the multi-location composer rather than autonomous agent orchestration. For multi-location businesses that share a single brand-level Facebook/Instagram presence alongside multiple location-specific Google Business Profiles (GBPs), this creates significant workflow friction: The AI Agent cannot be deployed at the parent/HQ level to autonomously manage the full brand portfolio. The user is forced to either manually compose and schedule posts across locations via the Multi-Location Composer or manually duplicate content across accounts. Requested Enhancement: Allow Social AI Premium to live at the parent/group level in the Multi-Location Business App. Enable the autonomous AI Social Media Manager Agent to generate, schedule, and publish content across the entire multi-location portfolio—broadcasting to brand-level channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) while simultaneously distributing localized posts across all child location Google Business Profiles. Business Impact: Removes manual post creation overhead for multi-location brands and agencies. Unlocks clear monetization and upselling value for Social AI Premium across multi-location accounts.

Ability to post to story on all apps that have that functionality

The most frustrating issues for our customers is the upload of their images to be posted to the various Social Media Channels. That is something the platform should take care of and make use of the uploaded image and render/size it accordingly to the respective platform in the background and seamless for the user.

On numerous occasions we posted HD quality photos through the social posting app which displayed blurry on the social apps. I unfortunately needed to discontinue use of the social app services in order to appease the client. I now post through a separate platform with no loss of quality in the images

I need the feature where you can Tag People and places. It helps with reach.

Currently when scheduling a Post to multiple channels, they are all published at the same date and time. It would be very useful if in the "customize by account" feature in compose would enable each channel to be posted at a different day and time, while it remains a one click post submission.

For the social marketing product, for instagram and facebook, you can upload video for reels but there are no options to utilize Meta’s music, in short, there is no way to add music in the posting, there is also no option to upload thumbnail for video content. it looks like we can only use this site for now if the posting content is images content only, and that only works for LinkedIn and Twitter. Will this be something that will be possible in the near future?

Meta best practices says put links in the comments not in the post. If we are posting about a deal or a blog and have to say link in the comments there's no way for me to actually put a link in the comments. This isn't achievable in Social Marketing right now. It's also not ideal that you can't view the comments or reactions in the "published" feed of posts. All you see is the number of each. Finally, super annoying that to access comments you have to go to Tools. The comments and ability to manage them should be served in context with the published posts UX. Right now it's disjointed & not a user intuitive experience.
