Currently, the Conversations inbox in Vendasta integrates Facebook and Instagram direct messages, but does not include comments made on posts. Please add the ability to automatically pull in post comments and their context (such as related post info) from Facebook and Instagram into the unified inbox. This would help our SMB's understand the context of incoming messages, track customer engagement, and respond more efficiently across all Facebook and Instagram interactions, not just private messages.

Personalizing greetings with a caller's first name from CRM records would be a valuable enhancement for the AI Voice Receptionist.

Can we have user permissions for the AI tab in Business App? The reason for this is not to limit usage of AI solutions but to ensure we can control who has access to edit, Knowledge Base, web chat configuration and automations as we all know these can be complex and time consuming.

When the AI makes a mistake, we need a way for a human to step in and correct the AI's answer in an anonymous chat. Our customers often don't give contact information but we need to make sure we can correct the AI if needed.

We received a request from one of our largest Google advertisers using Inbox Pro regarding the ability to download selected chat conversations, similar to how chats are saved in a Zoom call. The goal is to easily copy and paste specific chats into their CRM — not all, just selected conversations.

A big part of the value is the AI handling questions on behalf of the staff, even when the lead is not captured. I want to communicate this value to clients in the dashboard by showing how many inquiries were handled.

The ability for a team to make an internal-only private note in an Inbox conversation, to save context for anyone on the team to see.

I'd love a feature for the AI receptionist on the Web Chat number to be turned on and off automatically using a hours of operation calendar, that way someone can have it enabled only during non-office hours and not have to worry about turning it on and off again.
