What would be a awesome feature is to have the Inbox AI respond back over the Facebook channels just like it does in the web chat, so if the company doesn't respond in time the chat can still answer based on its knowledge to google chat users, fb users. User can make it a choice where the company wants the AI to be able to auto respond.

Inbox messaging app is available for partners on a mobile phone, with push notifications, so it's easy to know when a new lead comes in and reply to that lead wherever you are.

Just like a small business can get a local texting number in Business App, let partners get a local texting number to communicate with customers via SMS in the platform.

Please provide the Inbox/Inbox Pro as a PWA standalone app mainly for the use of smartphones. With the addition of Google Q&A, Live Chat, SMS and others, this unified inbox will need to be monitored at all times. However, customers are not always in the business app on a computer. The current business app is not at all mobile ready and therefor unhandy. In order to drive user acceptance and adoption a standalone PWA inbox would be very beneficial.

Give user the ability to integrate private messages from WhatsApp Business / Personal accounts into the Inbox, so messaging from customers via WhatsApp is centralized for a team to manage in Inbox.

Would like to enable call forwarding for the assigned number provided with Inbox Pro. Some businesses may have customers that prefer to call versus SMS. Call forwarding would allow the business to forward their assigned Inbox Pro number to be forwarded to their main business number.

Currently, the web chat assistant in Inbox asks for a name and SMS number when capturing a lead, and also asks for an email address as a fall back if the user doesn't want to provide their SMS. Some businesses may want to have their web chat assistant ask for an email address first – in addition to (or instead of) SMS. They may also want it to ask for an additional contact field, like address.

Would like to have a feature where AI would immediately respond with a text message to a missed call that was busy, away from phone or voice mail and also have a conversational chat with the caller to answer no more than 5 questions about the services that the client offers and book a call on the calendar.

Not sure if this available or has an alternative solutions. As partners, we are receiving leads from all different sources including our business app and partner center. Would like to see the inbox connected to our partner center and CRM and able to connect to socials, emails and AI webchat.
