Send meeting confirmations and reminders via SMS to invitees.

Currently, the platform only allows meeting transcriptions in English. We need the ability to set the transcription language (for example, Czech), so that meetings conducted in languages other than English are automatically detected and correctly transcribed. Without this option, the transcription feature is unusable for non-English-speaking partners.

When a booking is set we need to be able to set an automation to create a new contact in the CRM without using third party tools.

It would be helpful to be able to customize the time range when viewing meetings - for example, selecting only a specific month instead of viewing the entire calendar - in the "My Meetings" interface.

Running into issues with Bookmenow for our Marketing Dept. where we have 3 employees that are to be included in a discovery meeting and/or meeting with an active customer. If they select Round Robin it shuffles but doesn't cross-reference the other two employees. Is there a way to override this?

Add the option for phone calls to My Meetings. This has been requested by our clients several times now.

Expand on the CRM by adding a booking app product. We get regular requests for Booking Apps on our Wordpress builds and we currently used either a plugin or a 3rd party integration. The Business App seems primed and ready for a booking app for many different verticals such as Hair Salons, Massage Therapists, Dance Schools, and so on. Considering how well CRM is developing, it seems a booking app is a natural next step. Thanks!

Looking for a tool that will allow us to share a calendar of events without the recipients being locked down to a particular network (i.e. Google, Microsoft, etc). We would like to be able to share a link with a calendar view of all of the upcoming events.
