We would like the ability, at the Partner Center level, to have the AI Voice Receptionist automatically send a notification (email, SMS, or in-platform alert) to one or more designated partner team members whenever a call is received and handled by the AI receptionist. The purpose is to ensure our agency team can quickly review and respond to these calls as needed. Key points: Notifications should be managed and configured at the partner level (not per client). The notification should include relevant details (e.g., client name, caller info, summary/transcript, time of call). We do not want the call forwarded; the AI receptionist should handle the call as normal and only notify us after handling.
