The ability to enter contacts and request reviews is great; however, not knowing whether the customer you emailed or texted left a review is unacceptable. There needs to be a way to indicate in the contact/review dashboard whether someone wrote a review. It would be helpful to know if the person left a review so we can determine if we need to send them a second request.

I would like for Reputation Management to be able to determine if a posted review was the result of a customer receiving an email / SMS review request.
The reason is so clients can use this event to trigger an automated remarketing campaign to those customers with an offer to repurchase or request a referral.

Jehan Zouak Sooner would be better so we can give stats to clients on how their review product and sending is going... otherwise it's a manual check line by line to see what % of emails and sms are:
- Opened
- Respond to write a review
- Get their reviews answered by the business and in what time frame
