Agreed! By default the posts are converting to the time zone of the user rather than the client's business location. Therefore, our social media manager who is in the UK has to manually add hours to the post so it doesn't convert to her timezone and post at 3am in the morning for US clients. That's a BIG BUG in the system.
The system should absolutely reflect the business location of the client by default, not the user. The way it's currently set doesn't make sense.

Is the time zone not set in your business profile and therefore this is the time zone the post is being published in?

Thomas Mueller: Read my above statement. You would think it would be using the business profile location to accurately post in the client's timezone, but instead it uses the users timezone.
