Sentiment analysis and citation tracking are available through Reputation Management This includes mentions from platforms like Facebook, Instagram, news, blogs, and the broader web, with automated tagging for positive, neutral, or negative sentiment.
Currently, this data is available at the individual account level (within Business App and the Executive Summary report). It’s not yet surfaced in the Multi-Location Dashboard, but since citations are already part of the Executive Report feed, there may be potential to elevate this via customization or roadmap inclusion.
We have submitted an RFP where this would be a requirement.

Arunkumar Jagadeesan - This is great news and very much appreciated. Also, in that context, it is important that already the current sentiment (Keywords) are also shown for the German reviews provided. Currently, that doesn't work at all, it seems.
