This one-size-fits-all hosting is becoming problematic as we begin to scale. Our dev team is consistently running into memory exhaustion issues when building new sites on the platform.

We never experienced these issues when we hosted outside of the business app.

While I understand the need to limit access to resources in a shared environment, I still think you should provide options to increase memory allocation when necessary.

Even if this increased the cost, I'm 100% up for having the option to increase memory for specific accounts at an additional monthly fee per account.

The same goes for storage. Improved caching.
