Currently, bookmenow is the only calendar support claims will work with the ai agents but it will only check 1 calendar. Many people have a business calendar, a personal calendar and maybe and admin or sales person as well.

The proposed solution is to create unique users for each email address, add them to the business app and create calendars for all, then create a team calendar to add to the booking agent flow. That is messy, confusing and unnecessary. Calendar hero could connect multiple calendars at once to check for availability.
