AI Content Generation Using Customer Media Assets
in progress

Customer feedback indicates a strong desire for a more intuitive AI content workflow that begins with the customer's existing media rather than AI-generated content.
Requested functionality:
Allow users to upload or select photos from a Media Gallery containing their own business images and assets.
Enable the AI to analyse the selected image(s) and generate relevant educational, promotional, or social media content based on the visual content and business context.
Allow users to specify content goals (e.g. educational post, promotional offer, engagement post) after selecting the image.
Use case:
Businesses often have extensive libraries of authentic photos showcasing their work, products, or services. Customers expect to upload these images first and have the AI create captions, post copy, hashtags, and content suggestions around them, rather than generating AI content and images that must later be replaced.
Customer impact:
The current workflow is perceived as backwards by some users, as it requires prompt creation and AI-generated imagery before substituting with their own assets. This functionality would improve usability, increase adoption of AI features, and better align with customer expectations for AI-assisted social marketing.

Hi Sedrick O
Thanks for the detailed feedback; we agree completely with this direction.
This capability is already on our roadmap and in development. We're building a File Management module where users can upload and manage their own media assets. Once live, the AI Social Media Manager and AI Blogger will be able to analyze your selected images and generate captions, post copy, hashtags, and content suggestions around them — supporting goals like educational, promotional, or engagement posts.
This will flip the workflow to match your expectations: your media first, AI content second.
We'll share updates as it progresses.
