The goal is to enable an AI agent to recognize a user’s needs in real-time, select the correct "Knowledge Package," and deliver it instantly via email or text.

Knowledge Repositories: Feed the AI specific "packages" of information (e.g., brochures, pricing, or FAQs).
Intent Recognition: The AI listens for specific triggers. If a client asks for "pricing," the AI automatically identifies the correct package to offer.
Real-Time Fulfillment: Once the client provides their contact info (email or SMS), the AI triggers the delivery immediately during the conversation.
