The "Blocked words" guardrail checks the AI's reply before it is sent, matches whole words and ignores case. That works well. Characters and punctuation cannot be blocked: we listed "!" as a blocked word, and "Hallo! Willkommen!" still reached the guest unchanged. Our role forbids exclamation marks, but prompt rules alone do not hold every time.

Request: allow characters and punctuation (for example "!"), or a regular expression, in blocked words.

Impact: style rules that the prompt cannot guarantee are enforced reliably.
