Hi,
We require a few API endpoints to integrate the required data with our CRM.
Could you please provide the endpoints for the following data:
  1. List all conversations
Include the account name, date/time, day, and all available contact details collected during the conversation.
  1. Monthly invoices for each client
Include the item, status, purchase date, next renewal date, and cost.
  1. Latest AI prompts – Non-Voice
Show the latest prompts/instructions that are currently controlling what the AI is doing for non-voice conversations.
  1. Latest AI prompts – Voice
Show the latest prompts/instructions that are currently controlling what the AI is doing for voice.
  1. Core conversation settings
Show the core settings/configuration for conversations.
  1. Core voice settings
Show the core settings/configuration for voice.
If these endpoints already exist, please provide the specific endpoint URLs/names for each item above. We have been unable to locate them in the available API documentation.
If any of these endpoints do not currently exist, could you please let us know whether they can be created or made available?
We only need the specific endpoints required for the data above, not the full API documentation.
