Blueprints can only be created, updated and applied in Partner Center and through the automation action.

Request: an API to create, update and apply Blueprints and to read the apply status per account.

Impact: together with the AI Knowledge API, a new customer can be onboarded fully automatically, and a new Blueprint version can be rolled out to all accounts from our own release process.
