At the moment, setting the timezone has to be set for every campaign and since its hidden inside a collapsed window often easily forgotten about when clients set up campaigns.

I'd like to see a way to set a default timezone instead of UTC globally. This way, if people forget to configure this, it won't mess up scheduling campaigns.

By the way, this is also a good idea for the Partner's campaign App.
