Requesting an option to control the AI Webchat behaviour so it does not auto-open upon page load for first-time site visitors. This feature would:
  • Improve user experience by avoiding unexpected interruptions.
  • Reduce bounce rates for visitors who may find auto-opening intrusive.
An ideal solution would include a toggle or setting within the admin interface to manage this functionality.
