An example: When a partner creates a new client account, they'd like to send a welcome message to that client via Inbox platform messaging in Business App, that's waiting for them inside the app.

This can be accomplished by a new automations action: Send an Inbox message.

Automation actions can also be used to notify users of events, while making it easy for them to reply and communicate with the partner through Inbox in Business App.
