Business App users will be able to capture and store information about their contacts in the CRM easier.
As small business owners, managing customer relationships is crucial to their success. With the new CRM, we hope to help SMB owners to manage and organize their customer data from different sources, and ultimately drive more revenue for their businesses. The same Contact table will also be available in Reputation Management to help our users manage and send out review requests.
Business App Users will be able to:
- Create, read, update, and delete contacts
- Search for contacts by phone number, name, and email
- Filter contacts by tags, created date, name, phone number, and emails
- Upload contacts in bulk
- Sync the contact table with the existing customer list to maintain existing integrations
- Support other services and marketplace vendors to extend and update the contact model

Can Vendasta add a title field to contacts so we can keep track of who does what in our prospect list - Owner, Marketing Director, Finance, etc

The users are still not synching between the Inbox and Customer Voice, for example. You still need to enter manually the same information on both. Can't all the apps activated in the Business App pull user info from one single source ?

Thercio Brandao: This is the direction we are moving towards. The Reputation Management/Customer Voice product team is integrating customer management and review request functionality directly into Reputation Management. The customer management feature will use the same contact table as the one found in the business app. This means that both the inbox and the new customer management sections within Reputation Management will use the same data.
However, Customer Voice is still supported by the legacy customer list and currently only sync one way to the new Contact database. This means that any customer you create in Customer Voice will be added to the contact list in the business app (used by the inbox), but not vice versa.
Hope this helps!
