It would be a great benefit to add user adoption tracking into the business app anyway.
It is important for us as an agency to see the user adoption and engagement:
  • Every Login from all users
  • Modules/Application launched
  • Time spent in any Module/Application
  • Feature of an Application used
etc.
This is important to identify customers with little adoption early so we can prevent churn. Also to provide triggering eMails or provide training to gain more engagement.
