Yep, make this the universal inbox. You can also feed in special label income eMail from Google Workspace. i.e. the info@ eMail with the label WebEnquiry for example.

Wouldn't it be great if all DMs could be integrated: SMS, Google, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter (X), WhatsApp, etc. so that customers could be communicated with on the platform of their choice through one one central portal.
