Currently you cannot schedule email campaigns from the Contacts screen, you can only "Publish Now"

You can however select a scheduled date from "Add Recipients: from the campaign screen but it is ONLY limited 20 to recipients.

Request: Add scheduling feature to Contacts screen so you can select more than 20 recipients.
