When there is a win, make it clear

I received an email notifying me of two new listings, with a button to view the report. However, the email didn’t specify where to look or which listings were new—it left me to figure that out on my own. It would be far more effective if clients didn’t have to search for wins. Instead, the information could be included directly in the notification email or highlighted in the executive report. Either way, it’s great that you’re sending updates, but this could be even better by making it easier for clients to recognize and celebrate their successes.
