A new configuration field lets you fully control what the AI Voice Receptionist says at the beginning of every call. Customize the pre-greeting to ensure it greets callers in a manner aligned with your brand, any privacy or compliance statements, and in the language of your choosing.

Your AI Voice Receptionist is now receiving more real-time context, preventing repetitive behaviors (such as repeatedly asking for a phone number) and creating smoother, more natural call flows.

There's a new action in Automations that lets you trigger sending a WhatsApp template message. For accounts that use AI Voice calling you can automatically follow up with callers by sending a templated message via WhatsApp.
