Every automation now keeps a version history, and is faster to create and update with templates, AI-written details, and more.
versions
Build fast, update, or undo as needed
Automate quickly and safely with AI, templates, and versions.
  • Versions for every automation
: Each automation in Partner Center and Business App now has versions. Pick any two in the version history to see what was added, edited or removed. Notes stay with each version.
  • Update automations at scale
: Because every automation is versioned, you can roll out updates across accounts with blueprints.
  • Templates while you create
: The separate "Templates" tab is gone. Browse and preview templates right when you create an automation. If you pick a template partway through, it replaces your draft instead of leaving you with two automations.
  • Write with AI
: On the "Overview" tab, click "Write with AI" to generate the automation's name, description, tags and notes.
  • Owner names, not IDs
: If/Else steps that check a contact's owner now show the person's name instead of a technical ID.
  • Edit list and tag fields without overwriting
: The "Update CRM Record" step can now "Append to value" or "Remove from value" on text list and tag fields, so you can add or remove one value without replacing the rest.
Why it matters
Before, changing an automation that ran across many accounts meant editing it account by account, with no easy way to see what had changed. If/Else rules based on owner showed long IDs, so routing leads to the right rep meant looking up IDs elsewhere. Now you can see exactly what changed between versions, push updates out with blueprints, and build routing rules by name.
Who it's for
  • Partners who manage automations across many client accounts
  • Partners and SMBs who route leads to specific sales reps
  • Anyone who automates workflows with Vendasta
