What is it about
Vendasta Vibe top-up credits are one-time credit packs 
available in four sizes: 10,000, 25,000, 50,000, and 100,000 credits. They allow you to add credits instantly without waiting for your next monthly renewal date. Each top-up pack is valid for 12 months
 from the date of purchase, and there is no limit on how many top-up packs you can buy.
Why it's Important
Running low on credits before your billing cycle ends can halt important projects and interrupt client work. While monthly recurring subscriptions provide predictable, lower-cost credits for ongoing usage, top-up packs serve as a flexible safety valve for unexpected usage spikes
.
To ensure you get the maximum value, Vendasta Vibe credits are automatically deducted from whichever credit bucket expires soonest, meaning your 12-month top-up credits are safely stored and used last.
How to Access
Go to Partner Center
 > Accounts
 > Manage Accounts
Navigate to the account 
that needs the Vibe one-time top-up credits
Go the the ellipsis menu on the far right and select “Activate Products
”
Select Create new order > Add items
, then choose the top-up pack from the menu
Complete the purchase following the standard ordering process.

Changes to monthly recurring add-on credit expiry
Alongside this launch, we're also updating how unused add-on credits in monthly recurring packs expire. Starting October 1, 2026, unused add-on credits will carry forward for 2 months from the date they were issued.
 This does not affect credits you've already accumulated or purchased before October 1, 2026; those keep their current rollover terms. Only credits issued on or after October 1, 2026 follow the new 2-month window.
How do different Vendasta Vibe credits expire?
Daily credits (Free edition):
 expire each day.
Monthly credits (Standard & Pro editions)
: expire within the month of purchase.
Credits in monthly recurring add-on packs: 
carry forward for 2 months from the date issued (effective October 1, 2026).
Credits in one-time top-up packs:
 expire 12 months from the purchase date.
If you're carrying credits from more than one bucket, whichever expires soonest is used first, which is why top-ups (the longest-dated credits) are always used last.
What happens to my unused credits if I deactivate my base subscription?
Deactivating your base subscription (Free, Standard, or Pro) immediately cancels all associated add-on and top-up credits and removes your Vendasta Vibe projects inside Business App (published links remain live). Please download any project backups prior to deactivating.
